The Caged Springbow Fullbore Flowmeter (CSFM) is deployed at the bottom of the production logging tool (PLT) string. The spinner features an impeller and a cage, which can be collapsed to match the tool diameter for easy deployment and retrieval from the tubing. The cage assembly is specifically designed to protect the impeller and ensure proper tool centering in highly deviated wells.
